Tim leads our Projects business. He came from the build-to-rent developer side of the industry, where he project managed developments north of $100 million, and he runs building-wide flooring refurbishments with the same discipline: break the building into manageable stages, sequence the work around the site's access and tenant constraints, and keep moving.
